Promocodia is operated by NonDucor AB, Industrivägen 6, 43892 Härryda, Sweden.

These terms govern your use of Promocodia and promocodia.com. By using the site, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and applicable law.

1. What Promocodia does

Promocodia helps users discover promo codes, discounts, deals and products from third-party online shops. We may receive offers directly from shops or affiliate partners, import them from partner feeds, or review and publish them ourselves.

Promocodia is free for users unless we clearly state otherwise for a specific feature.

2. Offers, prices and availability

We work to keep information accurate and up to date, but offers can change without notice. A code may expire early, apply only to selected products, require a minimum order value, be limited to certain customers, or be withdrawn by the shop.

Prices, availability, delivery terms and other purchase conditions shown on a shop's website take precedence over information shown on Promocodia. You should always check the final price and conditions with the shop before completing a purchase.

We do not guarantee that every code or offer will work for every user or order.

3. Your purchase is with the shop

Promocodia does not sell the products or services shown on partner-shop pages and is not a party to your purchase from a third-party shop.

Questions or claims concerning payment, delivery, product quality, warranties, cancellations, returns or refunds must be handled with the shop under the terms that apply to your purchase and the consumer rights available to you.

4. Affiliate links

Many links on Promocodia are affiliate links. If you visit a shop through one of these links and later make a qualifying purchase or take another qualifying action, Promocodia may receive a commission from the shop or affiliate network.

This does not increase the price you pay. Affiliate relationships do not change your rights against the shop.

5. Accounts

You may be able to use Promocodia without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account.

You must provide accurate information where required and must not use another person's account without permission.

We may suspend, restrict or close an account where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address security concerns or prevent misuse.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Promocodia to:

• break applicable law or infringe another person's rights;
• interfere with or disrupt the site, its security or its technical infrastructure;
• attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data;
• use automated methods to overload, scrape or extract the service in a way that harms the site or other users;
• submit false, misleading, abusive or malicious information; or
• misuse promo codes, referral systems or site features for fraud or manipulation.

7. Intellectual property

The Promocodia name, branding, site design, original text, software and other original site content may be protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal and lawful purposes but may not copy, republish, sell or exploit protected Promocodia content beyond what applicable law allows without permission.

Third-party trademarks, product names and shop content belong to their respective owners.

8. Third-party websites

Promocodia links to websites operated by third parties. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices or terms. Your use of a third-party site is governed by that site's own rules and policies.

9. Availability of Promocodia

We aim to keep Promocodia available and useful, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, add, remove, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

10. Responsibility and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, and nothing affects mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Promocodia is provided on an "as available" basis. We are not responsible for losses caused by a shop's refusal of a code, changes made by a third-party shop, a third-party website, or events outside our reasonable control.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy policy. Information about cookies and similar technologies is available on the Cookie settings page.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service, our business model or legal requirements change. The current version and its latest update date will be published on this page. If a change materially affects registered users, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.

13. Applicable law and mandatory rights

These terms apply alongside any mandatory rights you have under the laws of your country. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove protections that cannot legally be waived.
