Promocodia is operated by NonDucor AB, Industrivägen 6, 43892 Härryda, Sweden. NonDucor AB is the controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

This policy explains what personal data we may process when you use promocodia.com, why we use it, which providers may receive it and the rights and choices available to you.

1. Information we may process

Depending on how you use Promocodia, we may process:

Account information, such as your email address and authentication information if you create an account.
Saved content and preferences, such as favourite shops, saved codes, selected country and language.
Technical and usage information, such as IP address in normal network communication, browser and device information, pages visited, timestamps, referral information and interaction data.
Affiliate click information, such as the shop or offer clicked, the source page, time and related campaign or attribution information.
Messages you send us, such as support requests, broken-code reports or partnership enquiries.

We do not sell your personal data.

2. Why we use information

We may process personal data to provide and secure the service, manage accounts and preferences, let you save content, measure how Promocodia is used, operate affiliate links, prevent abuse and technical problems, respond to enquiries and improve the service.

Where required by applicable data-protection law, we rely on an appropriate legal basis such as performance of a service you request, our legitimate interests in operating and improving Promocodia, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent for optional analytics storage.

3. Google Analytics 4 and Consent Mode v2

Promocodia uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) provided by Google to understand how the public website is used. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses or free-text personal information to GA4, and admin, login, account and internal routes are excluded from analytics tracking.

We use Google Consent Mode v2 in advanced mode. On a first visit, analytics storage and all advertising-related consent signals are set to denied before the Google tag is configured. If you choose Necessary only, Analytics cookies remain disabled. Google may still receive limited cookieless measurement pings used for aggregated measurement and modelling. These may include consent status and technical information transmitted as part of normal browser requests, such as timestamp, user agent and referrer information.

If you choose Accept all, analytics_storage is granted and Google Analytics may set analytics cookies such as _ga and related identifiers to distinguish visits and sessions. Promocodia currently keeps ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and Google personalization storage denied even after Accept all. Google Signals and ad-personalization signals are disabled.

Google processes information under its own privacy terms and may process data outside your country subject to applicable transfer safeguards.

4. Google Search Console

We use Google Search Console to understand how Promocodia appears in Google Search, monitor indexing and verify site ownership. Search Console is not implemented as a visitor-tracking cookie on Promocodia simply because we use the service.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Promocodia uses necessary storage for core functionality and preferences, and optional analytics storage as described above. Affiliate networks or partner shops may also use their own cookies or identifiers after you click an affiliate link.

6. Affiliate links and third parties

Many links on Promocodia are affiliate links. When you click one, information needed to identify that the visit came from Promocodia may be sent to the relevant affiliate network or shop. Those parties process information under their own privacy notices.

We may also use service providers for hosting, security, authentication, analytics and technical infrastructure. They may process data only as necessary to provide their services and subject to applicable safeguards.

7. Related services

NonDucor AB may operate additional related websites or services in the future. Personal data is not automatically shared between such services merely because they have the same owner. If identifiable cross-service data use is introduced, the relevant privacy information will be updated before or when that processing begins, as required by law.

8. International data transfers

Some service providers may process data outside your country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism or other lawful basis.

9. How long we keep information

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and purpose.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data; restrict or object to certain processing; receive certain data in a portable format; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

12. Children

Promocodia is a general shopping and discount-discovery service and is not intended to collect personal data from children where parental consent would be required by applicable law.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service, integrations, data practices or legal requirements change. The latest version and update date will be published on this page.
